Chickens are not allowed in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.

Prohibited. Zoning by-law 874 classifies "poultry raising and egg production" under the "Élevage (AB)" use class, part of the "Agricultural (A)" use group — available only in the designated permanent agricultural zone. No accessory-use provision authorizes keeping hens in residential zones. The nuisance by-law (883) doesn't mention poultry at all.
