Chickens are not allowed in Westmount.
Prohibited. Zoning by-law 1303 (roughly 13,500 lines, consolidated to 2025-10-06) contains no occurrence of "poultry," "hen," "rooster," or "agriculture" — no livestock-keeping use exists anywhere in the city. The nuisance by-law (1475) has no farm-animal provision either.
